Hezbollah strongly condemned the bomb blast on Tuesday, which targeted the UNIFIL French patrol in the coastal Lebanese city of Sidon.

Denouncing the attack, Hezbollah considered it "an unacceptable criminal work."

In its statement issued Wednesday, Hezbollah called upon the specialized Lebanese apparatus to “investigate this crime, detect the perpetrators and punish them.”
