Lebanese Speaker Nabih Berri urged all factions in the country to positively deal with his call for a national dialogue.
Berri said the dialogue is the last chance to find solutions for several pending files in the country.
"We are at our last chance" to find a local solution to all crises, in particular the presidential vacuum, lawmakers quoted Berri as saying during his weekly meeting at his residence in Ain al-Tineh.
The Lebanese speaker said the dialogue sides became a dire necessity, hoping that the upcoming dialogue would be fruitful.
Earlier on Tuesday, Berri called for a dialogue session on Wednesday September 9.
The session would focus on the presidential void, the work of the Parliament and the Cabinet, a new electoral law, administrative decentralization and equipping the Army, media reports said.
