The delegation included Head of the political council, Ibrahim Amine Al Sayyed, member of the political bureau, Mahmoud Qammati, and Mustapha Al Hajj Ali, National News Agency (NNA) reported.
Following the talks Sayyed al-Sayyed said the meeting tackled the latest developments in the region, hoping that the dialogue will contribute to solve several crises in the country.
The visit came ahead of the first round of the National Dialogue at the Parliament in Nejmeh Square.
The all-party talks are mainly aimed at ending the 15-month presidential vacuum and reviving the roles of the Cabinet and Parliament.
