Head of the Bloc of Reform and Change, General Michel Aoun, said on Wednesday that his bloc "will participate in tomorrow's (Thursday) legislative session."
He added, "Today is a happy day as all the problems that were found in the work schedule of tomorrow's session have been eliminated."
Parliamentary blocs agreed Wednesday on a formula for a draft law on re-naturalizing emigrants of Lebanese origin.
Aoun's decision followed a period of political dispute over holding a legislative session without including the electoral law and the re-naturalization law on its agenda.
Reform and Change bloc and that of the Lebanese Forces had decided to boycott the session in case it would not tackle the electoral law and the re-naturalization law.
The Lebanese House Speaker Nabih Berri asserted that the legislative session "will take place tomorrow (Thursday)," adding that "all know who has for long been working for approving a new electoral law based on the proportional system of fair popular representation."
It is worth to note that the legislative session is set to be held on Thursday and Friday in order to discuss and approve a number of financial, administrational and political laws.
In a different context, Berri on Wednesday postponed the parliamentary session devoted to elect a president for the country till December 2, 2015, due to the lack of quorum in today's session.
