The United Nations General Assembly adopted on Tuesday a new resolution, which is the tenth of its kind, condemning ’Israel’ and confirming the previous demand of $856.4 million compensation for the oil slick on Lebanese shores.
The press office of Minister of Environment Mohammad Al-Mashnouq stated that "the United Nations General Assembly adopted on Tuesday a new resolution, which is the tenth of its kind, condemning 'Israel' and confirming the previous demand of $856.4 million compensation for the oil slick on Lebanese shores."
171 State voted in favor of this resolution while 6 countries objected to it and 3 others abstained from voting.
