Lebanese Military Court approved on Thursday the release of former minister Michel Samaha.
National news agency reported the court sentence, noting that Samaha will be released on bail.
“Samaha will be released from detention for 150 million Lebanese pounds,” NNA reported.
The military court's decision also prohibits the former minister from traveling and making statements through various media.
Samaha has been under arrest since August 2012 over allegations that he transported explosives and planned attacks and assassinations of political and religious figures in Lebanon.
