Sarcastically, "March 14" announcement released in the wake of the issuance of the STL indictment was only lacking a blunt request of the NATO or the Israeli Army to interfere directly and execute Resolution 1757 and a request to arrest the targeted resistance men by the Resolution issued by the STL under the Chapter Seven. Thus, the announcement which never reached the level of the Lebanese masses' awareness has evolved to confirm an already proven actuality.

It substantiated for the Lebanese people that those tycoons are suffering from a lust for authority control, yet once they lose such control, they actually will lose both their nerves and their minds and subsequently the reactions of this disease starts to show on the surface.

"'Israel' also wants to overthrow weapons (of Resistance)"

On the other hand, the announcement affirmed that the court was the last thing March 14 would be interested in because they wanted to execute an Israeli request namely the disarmament of the Lebanese national resistance. Perhaps the paleness that Al-Siniora suffered from while he was reading the announcement may have resulted from the reaction of Al-Mustaqbal Party supporters who received the indictment with cold-blood, ridicule, and suspicion.

Although known of his dramatized role-play, Siniora’s appearance proved to be a failure attempt to extend his tension and to get the masses tense, or to instigate the abhorred denominationalism that was not affected by the indictment. Noticeably, the announcement did not take into consideration the presentation made by his Eminence Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah of the irrefutable presumption of facts which were satisfactory enough to indict the Israeli enemy. As if those tycoons are insulting Rafiq Al-Hariri and his lovers in the first degree, and the rest of the Lebanese in the second degree. The release of this announcement implied that the late Prime Minister had been a pro-Israeli, and the Zionist enemy could never have assassinated him! It is worthwhile mentioning that the Israeli First Channel spoke of an indictment of Mustafa Badreddine for the assassination of Al-Hariri on Thursday, July 29, 2010.

The same Channel said that Sa'ad Al-Hariri requested a delay of announcing the indictment; the next day, that is, on July 30, 2010, the Jerusalem Post released the same information. Still, it was not a coincidence that King Abdullah Bin Abdel Aziz of Arabia and President Assad paid a visit to Lebanon the same day that is on July 30, 2010 that folded up the STL File and its indictment with a magician's wizard.

Al-Hariri requested the delay, at least formally, since he was the closest legal avenger of blood; next, Saudi Arabia responded, then the King came over to request Hezbollah not to resign with its allies from the Cabinet and subsequently topple Sa'ad. The deal was in exchange for Al-Hariri's stopping disseminating his political accusations about the so-called truth of his father's death so that a satisfactory solution for all parties could be reached later on. In other words, Sa'ad would remain in power in exchange for a public media appearance where he should admit his misguiding the investigation through his perjurers and admit his mistake for his political imputations and that a solution for the rest of the complications would be found later on. This specifically affirms again that everything Al-Hariri group has done since 2005 targets has been nothing more but domination over authority.

Events evolved fast and Al-Hariri tried to dodge his promises and his pledges upon a decision by the U.S.A. that adopted the Israeli account on 11 September which was published in Wall Street Journal; thus, he took a decision when he was standing near President Obama. Consequently, the former opposition resigned from office forcing out Sa'ad from the White House as a former Prime Minister.

The former Prime Minister returned to Lebanon dragging his frustrations behind, and he found no way out except through begging the Qataris and the Turks perhaps they would get him installed again. He met with them in order to put down a statement of pledges so that they would carry to Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah. In fact, the statement we are talking about was the same one Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah had advised the current opposition to review before they would request PM Najib Miqati to execute the concessions Sa'ad Al-Hariri made in return for his stay in power. It has become well known the statement included an apparent surrender of everything he called "the truth" in return for his stay in power. Nonetheless, Sayyed Nasrallah refused that transaction and decided to relieve the Lebanese people, who became fed up with Al-Hariri financial policies, the corrupted and the corruptive. Therefore, Hezbollah did not make a mistake when it put an end despite the fact that it knew the consequences, even if there was a public blame resulting from delaying the step of toppling Al-Hariri. However, the opposition then had no idea that every act Al-Hariri had done was but a maneuver intending in a way or another giving room for Israel to gear up for war; and that Al-Hariri was not truthful about everything he proposed since the beginning.

Upon the issuance of the indictment, the concealed was uncovered. The timing of issuance synchronized with the end of the Israeli maneuvers Turning Point - 5 which can easily be interpreted in this context. The simplest possible thing to say here is that the indictment came to close the series of the maneuvers. The noticeable issue is what Al-Hariri considered in his announcement after the issuance of the indictment that the decision was a sort of "a moment of alteration" in the history of Lebanon! However, between the Israeli point turning into an ocean of frustrations and one moment of the American court moments turning into an age of regrets, Al-Hariri was truthful in his words about the historical change. On the other hand, the decision of playing for time came so that the West and its allies would have the time to finalize their plot. This plot was being prepared behind the curtains, for a strike at the axis of resistance through the execution of toppling the resisting regime in Syria that is going through its last act now, after which time the court will announce the indictment when the axis of resistance is drained, over fatigued, and unable to fight back in any form.

According to sources following the course of the STL and the investigation, the indictment will have been issued in four parts by the beginning of September 2011.

What has been issued by the court already, and by several media papers earlier to the court, represent nothing but the first part that included accusing certain resistance men of assassinating Rafiq Al-Hariri and thus sticking the accusation onto Hezbollah. While the second part that Al-Mustaqbal Party had mistakenly divulged it too early, relatively, was the accusation against Syria and their claim that Syria had participated in the crime of the century, particularly the Syrian President's brother Maher Al-Assad. As for the third part, the indictment would include a third party belonging to the axis of resistance and deterrence; and that would be Iran. As for the fourth part, the last one, it coincides with what came in March 14 announcement, that is an international and rather Arabian boycott against Miqati's government and putting strained international sanctions on it and, similarly, on the three countries of the axis. Are the sanctions going to be limited to the economy? Alternatively, is hot fall going to be waiting for us under Chapter 7?
