Other army units, in cooperation with the popular committees in Nubbul and al-Zahraa towns, had cut off completely the terrorists’ supply route between the towns of Mayer town and Maarasta al-Khan before controlling the latter and meeting the popular committees from the two besieged towns there.
Moreover, the Syrian army and allies destroyed a terrorist vehicle by a guided missile on the Ma'rasta Al-Khan - Masqan road.
The Syrian army and allies also managed on Wednesday to control Othman town in Daraa northern countryside, controlling 25 buildings.
Several militants were killed and others were wounded during the clashes with the army in the area.
According to SANA, the Army and Armed Forces units restored security and stability to al-Uwainat village in the eastern countryside of the province after eliminating the last remaining gatherings of ISIL terrorists in it.
In Hama, at least 9 terrorists from the so-called “Ajnad al-Sham Islamic Union” were killed in intensive army operations against their dens in Kafr Zita town, 35 km to the north of the city.
