The Information Division of the Lebanese General Security is chasing the terrorist cell whose most of the key members have been arrested in the outlawed Beddawi neighborhood in northern city of Tripoli, Al-Manar TV correspondent reported.
Strike Force of the Information Division managed to arrest two people, A.A. and M. Sh., in Beddawi over belonging to the so-called 'Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant' (ISIL) takfiri group after monitoring their movements.
Sources told Al-Manar reporter that Both are considered a dangerous part of the terrorist cell and they were plotting terrorist operations to be carried out inside the Lebanese territory.
The detainees were moved to the General Directorate of the General Security in Beirut to carry out the necessary investigations.
