Field sources told al-Manar that the Syrian armed forces recaptured three towns in the area following clashes with ISIL Takfiri terrorists.

“Syrian army regained control of Manaya, Joukha and Shalala al-Saghira,” the sources said.

The towns are located to the west of Rasem al-Nafel, which was captured by the Syrian army two days ago, the according to the sources.

The Syrian armed forces are now continuing their advance to secure Khanasser road, the sources added, noting that several ISIL militants were killed and injured during clashes.

The Syrian army controlled Hesso, Kojan and Rasm Sifo villages in Hama eastern countryside.

The Syrian army and allies also managed on Friday to control Ain Bayda village and advanced in those of Shir Dabaa and Rowaysat Rasho in Lattakia northern countryside.
