Answering a reporter's question about Moscow's decision to withdraw a part of its troops from Syria, a spokesman for de Mistura, Ahmad Fawzi, said earlier: "We do not comment on military affairs."

De Mistura is scheduled to meet on Tuesday evening the delegation of the "Supreme Commission of Negotiations," formed after the Riyadh conference of different Syrian opposition factions and armed groups.
