At least four people have been killed and many others wounded after a massive explosion rocked a crowded shopping street in the Turkish city of Istanbul, according to the city's governor.
According to Turkey’s Dogan news agency, ambulances rushed to the scene of the blast, which took place on Istiklal Caddesi street in Istanbul on Friday.
Turkish police immediately cordoned off the site of the blast. The cause of the incident is still unknown.
Three Israelis and one Iranian were killed in the suicide bombing, Turkish media reported.
