Maan news agency reported that occupation forces opened fire at the youths' vehicle in the al-Ram town in the occupied West Bank's northern al-Quds (Jerusalem) district.
The youth who was martyred was identified as Anwar al-Salaymeh, 22, and the two survivors were identified as Fares Khadr al-Rishq, 20, who remains critically injured, and Muhammad Nassar, 20, who was detained by occupation forces after the attack.
Maan quoted locals as saying that Israeli forces opened fire at three Palestinians youths, al residents of al-Ram, in a vehicle inside the town around dawn, who were seemingly unaware that occupation forces were deployed in the town and conducting raids.
An Israeli army spokesperson said that occupation authorities were in the town after border guards and police reportedly found a blacksmith workshop in al-Ram that makes weapons.
