Yemen's revolutionary movement, Ansarullah stressed that any solution to the conflict in the Arab impoverished country must guarantee the end of Saudi aggression and its siege.
Media reports noted that the Yemeni national delegation and the UN special envoy to Yemen Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed to Yemen arrived in Muscat.
On his Facebook account, Ansarullah spokesman Mohammad Abdulsalam posted that Ansarullah will reject any peace plan that fails to stop Saudi aggression, lift an air and naval blockade and remove economic restrictions.
Any solution to end the crisis should be agreed by all the involved parties, Abdulsalam said on his account following meeting with the UN envoy in the capital Sana’a.
Abdulsalam’s remarks come as a fresh round of UN-sponsored peace talks between warring sides is set to kick off in Kuwait on Friday.
The peace talks on Yemen began in Kuwait on April 21 with the aim of putting an end to more than a year of conflict in the Arab country.
The talks coincided with a UN-mediated ceasefire, which still holds across Yemen, although numerous airstrikes by Saudi Arabia targeting civilians were reported.
