A delegation of four Israeli security officials arrived in Cairo by private jet for talks with local officials
A delegation of four Israeli security officials arrived in Cairo by private jet for talks with local officials, Egyptian newspaper al-Ahram reported on Sunday.
The meeting comes on the heels of last month's courageous attack on Israel's Embassy in Cairo, during which hundreds stormed the building housing the embassy, tore down the Israeli flag and tried to break into the offices.
According to the report, the officials will discuss security arrangements along the border between Egypt and occupied Palestine, an area that has seen a growing number of attacks, including repeated attacks on the gas pipe running from Egypt to ‘Israel’ and Jordan’.
