Official declined "for security reasons" to disclose what his plans would be or who he would be seeing
British Prime Minister David Cameron arrived in Cairo on Monday, the first foreign leader in the Egyptian capital since the downfall of longtime president Hosni Mubarak, a British embassy official said."We can confirm that the prime minister has arrived," the official told AFP, declining "for security reasons" to disclose what his plans would be or who he would be seeing. Cameron arrived in the Middle East against the backdrop of uprisings against long-established Arab regimes from the Gulf through North Africa.
