The judicial council postponed on Friday the hearing in the case of the 2007 Ain Alaq attack, reported the National News Agency.

It said that the suspects’ hearing will resume on January 13, 2012.

Three of the seven suspects are in custody, two are being tried in absentia, and two others have arrest warrants issued against them.

They are all charged with violating the state’s internal security and bombing two buses in the town of Ain Alaq, south of Bikfaya.

The attack took place on February 13, 2007, killing three people and wounding at least 20 others.
