Free Patriotic Movement MP Nabil Nicolas described the response of Speaker Nabih Berri on Former PM Saad Hariri as deliberate.

“A deliberate response for undeliberate words”, Nicolas said during an interview with “Ma’a al-Hadath” program, when asked about Berri’s response.

Berri hit back at Hariri on Monday, saying that the Future Party leader should have practiced his hobby of diving rather than being involved in politics.
“Hariri has revealed in his electronic interviews a number of his personal hobbies, one of which is diving,” Berri said in a statement.
“The Lebanese have also discovered a new hobby of the ‘sheikh’ which is politics. Better he dive in the former than the latter,” he added.

Earlier, Hariri told his followers on Twitter on the occasion of Eid al-Adha that he would not vote for Berri during the next elections for the speakership.
“No voting for Berri anymore if we win the election. That is a promise,” Hariri said.

The former premier also tweeted that he was practicing the hobby of diving.

Nicolas also added:“Their (Future party) hearts are full of hatred because they have lost power.. This hatred has deprived them of sight and insight”.
“However, we have to bear them; they are our colleagues in the country. A day will come and they will recover their senses,” Nicolas said further.
