Barak Hails Deadly Blast in Iran, Hopes They Multiply

Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak hailed the deadly blast that hit a base of Iran's Revolutionary Guards killing 17 people, and hoped that such incidents would multiply.

"I don't know the extent of the explosion… but it would be desirable if they multiply,” Barak told the Israeli military radio.

This comes as the Lebanese daily As-Safir quoted an American website it said “is popular in publishing secret information related to the Israeli intelligence” as reporting that “the Mossad was involved in the explosion that hit the Iranian depot killing 17 members of the revolutionary guards.”

However, the revolutionary guards spokesperson Ramadan Sharif said the blast took place while moving munitions from one location to another.
