A woman was injured after a Katyusha rocket landed in the village of Houla near the border with occupied Palestine

A woman was injured after a Katyusha rocket fired from al-Qaysiya valley in Majdal Selem, South Lebanon, landed in the village of Houla near the border with occupied Palestine, the National News Agency reported on Monday.

The rocket wounded Nasira Ali Abbas, 55, as the rocket hit her house, according to NNA. She was transferred to Mais al-Jabal Hospital.

The Lebanese army cordoned off the area, launched an investigation and informed UNIFIL about the incident.

Israeli occupation troops were on very high alert along the southern border with the Lebanese town.
