The Palestinian farmer was shot on Wednesday by Zionist soldiers who were patrolling the so-called buffer zone east of Gaza city, local sources reported.

Palestinians collecting stones and other construction materials along the buffer zone in north and eastern Gaza are frequently targeted by Occupation troops.

Due to a crippling 'Israeli' blockade, Gazans have no other choice but to obtain the required material for construction work from other buildings that have been destroyed during IOF attacks.
