Russian Foreign Ministry says that its country counts on Arab observers' "profissionalism",describing the situation in the Arab country as reassuring.

"Judging by the public statements made by the chief of the mission M. Al-Dabi, who in the first of his visits went to the city of Homs...the situation seems to be reassuring," the ministry said Friday in a statement on its website.
The ministry said that Moscow was counting on the team's "professionalism and impartiality".

Russia had earlier urged Syria to sign the protocol with Arab League. Under the protocol, Damascus permitted that Arab monitors could visit the Syrian cities in order to see the situation there.

On Thursday, the observers made a tour to Idlib, Hama and in Daraa, after they ended a visit to the city of Homs and reassured that there was nothing frightening.
