The official news agency, SANA, said: “522 persons involved in the ongoing events in Syria were released from custody Thursday”.
The news agency reported that the released people were “not involved in terrorist bloody acts of killings and explosions against the Syrians”.
Earlier in December 28th, 755 people were who were involved in recent events in Syria and didn't get involved in the shedding of Syrian blood were also released from custody.
Damascus has made such a move also in November. 912 were freed in November 15 and 553 others in November 5.
