Palestinian Prime Minister in Gaza Ismail Haniyeh arrived to Tunis Thursday after continuing his visits to Egypt, Sudan and Turkey.
Haniyeh was received by Tunisian Prime Minister Hamadi Jebali as well as the leader of the An-Nahda party, Rached Ghannouchi, and a crowd of some 2,000 people who waved the Tunisian and Palestinian flags and chanted “liberation to Palestine”.
The regional trip that Gaza’s PM had begun with last week focuses on raising funds to rebuild the Gaza Strip and on the internal Palestinian reconciliation.
