Hezbollah issued statement Thursday commenting on the terrorist attacks carried out in Iraq.

Hezbollah on Thursday condemned the “terrorist” crimes that took place in Iraq earlier today.

The party said in a statement that such crimes are the “new version of the US scheme to avenge its defeat in Iraq.”

“The terrorists who committed these horrible crimes –- the planners and perpetrators -- are cheap tools in the hands of the Americans, and only represent small details in the scheme of sedition and discord amongst the Iraqi people in favor of serving foreigners,” Hezbollah added.

“Hezbollah strongly condemns those terrorist crimes,” calling on the whole Iraqi people to enforce their unity and thwart the hellish scheme targeting them.

The statement however, expressed Hezbollah’s deepest condolences, praying for God to bless the wounded a speedy recovery.
