Lebanese Security forces were on Tuesday searching for an “object” that Zionist warplanes dropped between the towns of Talousa and Houla in the South, the National News Agency reported.

NNA said the fighter jets dropped the object in a valley between the two southern towns.

But security forces were finding difficulty scouring the area over the presence of cluster bombs left over from the 2006 ‘Israeli’ war on Lebanon, the agency added.

The incident happened the same day the Zionist military launched three-hour drill in the Lebanese occupied Shebaa Farms and Syrian Golan Heights.

The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon was on Tuesday conducting patrols along the border with the Occupied Territories after the Zionist entity launched its huge military exercises in the occupied areas of Lebanon and Syria, media reports said.

They said citizens in southern Lebanon heard sounds of huge explosions coming from the Farms zone.

NNA also reported that Zionist warplanes violated Tuesday morning the Lebanese airspace over the Southern villages of Jezzine and Iklim Al-Toufah on high altitude.
