A fourth soldier was killed in a firefight against rebels in the country's east, ISAF added.
Over 60 international soldiers have been killed so far this year in Afghanistan, according to independent website iCasualties.org.
Last year, the total stood at 712 dead, the deadliest year for international troops since the US-led invasion in 2001.
