Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi said on Saturday that Iran, Afghanistan and Pakistan will hold their second summit soon.
While talking to IRNA at the mausoleum of Imam Rohullah Khomeini on the occasion of the ten-day celebrations of the 33rd victory anniversary of the Islamic Revolution, Salehi noted that the first summit meeting of the three countries was held in Iran. He said the next meeting is taking place in Pakistan.
Referring to the importance of the three countries in the region and also given the fact that the NATO is to leave Afghanistan in 2014, he announced the issue of Afghan stability is to be discussed in the meeting.
