Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei congratulated Friday the Islamic world for the birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).

Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei congratulated Friday the Islamic world on the birthday of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH). He assured that the prophet is a manifestation of knowledge, honesty, justice, high morals, mercy, and trust in Allah's promises, indicating that “despite all the achievements and developments in life, people have always sought to reach these high morals.”

Speaking during a meeting with a group of officials, participants and ambassadors of the Muslim countries attending the 25th Conference on Islamic Unity in Tehran, Imam Khamenei pointed out that “today, the Islamic nation is in need of these sublime qualities.”

In addition, his eminence called upon the Islamic nation to reinforce unity in order to confront the challenges that the Muslims are facing.

He considered that the developments and the uprisings in the region, as well as the continuous regression of the United States, the arrogant apparatuses, and the Zionist entity, form an unprecedented chance for the Islamic nation.

In parallel, Imam Khamenei referred to the conspiracies and fabrications against the Islamic revolution in Iran, indicating that “despite all the pressures and conspiracies, the Islamic revolution was able, with the blessings of Imam Khomeini and the steadfastness of the Iranian people, to continue and gain power day after day.”
