Few hours before the 20th anniversary of his son’s martyrdom, Father of the Islamic Resistance former Leader Sayyed Abbas Moussawi passed away at the age of ninety.

Hezbollah mourned Sayyed Ali Moussawi who died late on Wednesday, on the eve of the commemoration of the martyrdom of the party’s leaders, Sheikh Ragheb Harb, Sayyed Abbas Moussawi, Hajj Imad Moughneyyeh.

The departed’s funeral was held today (Thursday) in his hometown of al-Nabi Shayth.

Sayyed Ali Moussawi was active participant in Hezbollah’s ceremonies despite his age. He was well known to the Resistance audience.
