The "Permanent Military Court" in Lebanon sentenced to death in presence against Haytham Sahmarani, and in absentia against Sahera Sahmarani and her husband Mohammad Amin Khazaal.
The "Permanent Military Court" in Lebanon headed by Brigadier General Nizar Khalil Jomaa sentenced to death in presence against Haytham Sahmarani, and in absentia against Sahera Sahmarani and her husband Mohammad Amin Khazaal for committing the crime of dealing with the Israeli enemy, the National News Agency of Lebanon reported Friday.
The Court also sentenced to punishment of hard labor for two years against Raghida Dahir for committing the same crime, the NNA added.
On the other hand, the permanent "Military Court" postponed the follow-up trial of Brigadier General Adib al-Alam and his wife Hayat Salumi to the second of March for committing the crime of dealing with the Israeli enemy, after Hayat’s attorney provided medical excuse.
