Led by its German coach, Theo Bucker, the Lebanese players will front the UAE players in Abu Dhabi at 2:00 p.m. local time (11:00 a.m. GMT).
Lebanon needs only a tie Wednesday in Abu Dhabi against United Arab Emirates to reach the final round of World Cup qualification in the region for the first time.
However the loss will not affect Lebanon’s qualifying except if South Korea is beaten by Kuwait.

On November 15, Lebanpon beat South Korea 2-1. It has been has been a surprise since the squad has been the lowest-ranked team in Asia at the start of qualification.
While the Lebanese national team is gearing up for the big match, so is the Lebanese population.
Education Minister Hassan Diab called Monday for all private and public schools to end classes at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, in order for students to be able to watch the match in Abu Dhabi.
