The blast took place near the political security department in the residential area Al-Sulaymaniyah in Aleppo, causing deaths and injuries.
Earlier Sunday, Syrian news agency SANA reported that two terrorists were killed late Saturday as a booby-trapped car that they were driving blew up in the Palestinian refugee camp of Yarmouk in a suburb of Damascus.
