Three Palestinians were shot, wounded and then arrested by the Israeli occupation during an overnight operation in the West Bank.
An Israeli soldier was stabbed, Israeli military spokeswoman claimed Tuesday. The occupation soldiers arrested three Palestinian brothers, Rashad, Akram and Anouar Deeb in the Jamoun district of Ramallah and were in the process of taking them in, one security source and Palestinian witnesses said.
The wife of one of those arrested, who asked to remain anonymous, told AFP shots had been fired during the arrests and said her husband and his two brothers were shot and then they took them away.
A military spokeswoman told AFP: "Soldiers were carrying out a routine operation near Ramallah, when one of them was attacked and wounded by a Palestinian wielding a knife."His comrades replied by opening fire, wounding three Palestinians," she said, adding: "All the injured were evacuated towards hospitals in Israel."
An ambulance driver told Agence Press that they were receiving phone calls from people in the village but the Israeli forces didn’t allow ambulance to enter.
