A source in Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry said: “Kuwaitis ... should not travel to Lebanon under any circumstances.”
“Kuwaitis already in Lebanon should leave immediately, or in case of special conditions contact the embassy in Beirut,” state-run news agency KUNA quoted the source as saying.

Earlier on Saturday, Bahrain, Qatar and the UAE issued similar warning and urged their citizens to leave or stay away from the country until the “security situation improved.

As UAE said the security situation in Lebanon was “not stable,” Bahrain considered the country as “unsecure.”
Some reports talked about a similar step by Saudi Arabia; however there was no official statement over the issue.

Following the warnings by the three Gulf States, Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Miqati urged the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Bahrain to reconsider their decision.

The premier said "the procedures taken by some Gulf countries are not justified," urging "the three countries to reconsider the travel restriction advisory to Lebanon."
Miqati also tasked Foreign Minister Adnan Mansour to follow up the issue.

‘ECONOMICAL BLOCKADE’
In an interview with Lebanese daily al-Akhbar, Tourism Minister Fadi Abboud considered the move as an “economical blockade,” wondering if any of these countries made a similar move to their nationals in Bahrain “knowing that there is a tough security situation there.”
Kuwait on Monday told its citizens to avoid travelling to Lebanon, citing the mounting tension in the country.
