Foreign Minister Adnan Mansour confirmed on Monday that two Lebanese were among the dead.
Mansour told Voice of Lebanon radio station (93.3), that one of the victims was from Awwad family.
The other is an engineer from the Chidiac family, he said.
The victims were later identified as Roger Awad and Nadine Chidiac.
Mansour did not confirm whether the bodies would be transported to Lebanon for burial.
The commercial airliner crashed into a densely populated neighborhood in Lagos on Sunday, killing all 153 people on board and others on the ground.
The cause of the Dana Air crash remained unknown on Monday.
