Two bombs went off outside the Palace of Justice in central Damascus on Thursday, injuring three people.
State news agency, SANA, said the blast hit the parking of Justice Palace in the Center of Damascus at al-Marjeh area.
The agency said “the terrorist blast left behind three injuries and material damage to 20 cars in the parking,” adding that fire engines extinguished the fire which erupted after the bombing within a few minutes.
For its part, AFP news agency quoted a police source in Syria as saying on condition of anonymity that two magnetic bombs exploded in two judges' cars in the open-air car park, while a third was in the process of being defused.
State television showed footage of heavy smoke rising from the car park, as firefighters attempted to put out the flames.
