Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah met with Iran’s Ambassador to Lebanon Ghazanfar Roknabadi on Thursday.

Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah met with Iran’s Ambassador to Lebanon Ghazanfar Roknabadi on Thursday, conveying his warm greetings to the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the Iranian nation and officials.

In the meeting, Sayyed Nasrallah praised the significant role of the Islamic Republic of Iran in backing resistance movement during atrocities of the Zionist regime mainly during the 33-day war.

The Iranian ambassador, for his part, delivered Sayyed Nasrallah a congratulatory message from Iranian President Ahmadinejad on the occasion of the victory anniversary of resistance forces during 33-day war with Zionists.

In the message, President Ahmadinejad said that resistance forces could successfully defeat the Zionists, bringing dignity and pride for themselves and humiliation for the global arrogance and its supporters.

“The resistance movement is getting stronger than ever before,” said the Iranian president in his message.
