Saudi king to address citizens, give orders on Friday

King Abdullah is to address Saudi citizens on Friday and "issue a number of orders," the state news agency SPA announced.

The royal palace, in a statement quoted by SPA, said the king would "speak tomorrow (Friday) to citizens at 2:00 pm (1100 GMT) and issue a number of orders," without giving details.
