At least two Palestinians were injured after Zionist war jets raided on Friday night northern Gaza City, witnesses and medics said.
The witnesses said that two huge successive explosions were heard in the northern neighborhood of Gaza City, adding that the blasts were caused by two missiles from F16 war jets, which were hovering over the city.
Ambulances rushed to the targeted area, which was apparently evacuated before the airstrike was carried out. Medics at Shifa Hospital said that two were wounded -- one in moderate conditions.
Local sources told the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) reporter that another raid on positions for the Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, and Ahrar movement to the north-west of Gaza Strip did not cause any casualties.
The Zionist entity has vowed to carry out harsher measures on the Gaza Strip to rein on the resistance fighters who fire homemade rockets and projectiles from the coastal enclave at southern of the Occupied Territories.
