A Zionist warplane bombed at dawn Monday a station belonging to Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, on the outskirts of Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, Palestinian Information Center reported.
Local sources told the PIC that a Zionist F-16 jet fighter fired three missiles at this station causing massive destruction in the area, injuring one Palestinian.
A spokesman for the Zionist occupation army claimed the air strike targeted what he labeled as a center for terrorist activities in the Gaza Strip in response to the fall of a Palestinian rocket in the western Negev.
The Palestinian resistance factions launch every once in a while rocket counterattacks against occupation forces targets near Gaza in retaliation to the Zionist incursions and shelling.
Also on Monday, the ‘Israeli occupation forces (IOF)’ arrested five Palestinians in various areas of the West Bank, the Zionist radio reported.
It said that the detainees were wanted for interrogation.
Local sources said the soldiers ransacked many homes before taking away the detainees, causing panic among women and children and damaging personal belongings in the process.
