In a letter sent to the Third International Conference for Islamic Resistance in Isfahan, Sayyed Nasrallah said that the Islamic Resistance could settle the culture of resistance against the Zionist entity, the United States and the West.
“The culture of resistance means to stand beside the rightfulness against the oppression and to confront the US propaganda,” Hezbollah S.G. said in the letter, according to Mehr news agency.
His eminence said that the resistance in Lebanon could be steadfast through the people and the army.
The resistance leader said that the international organizations did not do its duty towards Palestine, “however the historical stance of Imam Khomeini in this issue was performance to a religious and moral duty.”
“Lebanon and Palestine has to be steadfast in order to return their occupied land by the Zionist entity.”
Sayyed Nasrallah also noted that in the year of 2000 an important “development took place, which is that Lebanon, the small and the weak country defeated the Zionist entity and forced the occupation troops out of its land.”
His eminence added that in the year of 2006 an international war was waged against the Lebanese resistance.
“However we defeated the Zionist entity despite the arms and capabilities it owned,” Sayyed Nasrallah said, adding: “Based on Israeli confessions, Lebanon has resisted without having capabilities and thank to God it triumphed.”
