Hezbollah denounced the offensive film to Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) as unmoral act which aims at inflaming hatred between Muslims and people of other religions.
In a statement released by Hezbollah Media Relations, the party said that the film reflects the real stance of Zionist-US coalition from Islam and Muslims.
“The film which was recently broadcast in the United States and funded by extremist Jews and Egyptian Copts, in which our holy prophet (pbuh) was insulted, is unmoral act that represents highest level of aggression against loftier right of the human being which is respecting others’ belief.”
“It is also a suspicious move funded by extremist Jews and Copts, aimed at inflaming hatred and raising the level of strain between Muslims and Copts in Egypt in order to drag them into the cursed sedition,” the statement said.
“This assures that these acts are implementation of planned policies and cannot be considered as personal situations,” Hezbollah said.
“The film reflects the Zionist-US coalition’s real position from Islam and Muslims. And in this context the statements of condemnation can no longer fool anybody.”
The party wondered: “Where is the Arab League, the Organization of the Islamic Conference and the Muslim people, as well as the human rights organizations and the United Nations which we urge to release laws that criminate such acts in the manner of the laws that criminate anti-Semitic actions.”
