The National News Agency (NNA) reported that youths gathered outside Tripoli Serail as they tried to storm it in protest against the offensive film to Islam and Prophet Mohammad (pbuh).
Al-Manar correspondent reported that the youths then began to pelt the building, the security forces and the army with stones, causing the injury of four soldiers.
He said that earlier a group of youths set fire to a KFC and Hardees restaurant in the northern city.
The correspondent added that the youth Mohamad Ayyousha has died after he was injured during the fire which was set to the restaurants.
However, later on our correspondent reported that calm started to prevail in the city as the Lebanese army began to deploy in the area.
