Lebanese President Michel Suleiman, Prime Minister Najib Miqati, Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri, Minister of Defence Fayez Ghoson, Army Chief Jean Qahwaji, and other officials attended the ceremony which began 8:30 am Lebanon timing.
