Egyptian security forces have seized US-made anti-tank and surface-to-air missiles destined for Gaza, where Resistance fighters said they would acquire more weapons to use against the Zionist entity, Agence France Presse quoted security officials as saying on Friday.

The officials said six missiles were found hidden in Sinai after security forces were tipped off to the hiding place.

Sinai is a major, or even the only transit point for arms transferring to Gaza.

Hamas agreed upon an Egyptian-brokered ceasefire with the Zionist entity in November which ended an eight-day conflict.

However, the movement officials said earlier they would continue to acquire weapons to defend its people from the continuous Zionist raids and aggression.
