Agence France Presse quoted Palestinian officials as saying that the martyr’s name was Mahmud al-Titi, 23, adding that he was a member in the resistance movement.
According to Maan news agency, clashes erupted when occupation forces raided refugee camp near Hebron.
Israeli soldiers fired live ammunition and tear gas after local youths threw stones at them, Red Crescent official Nasser Qabaja told Ma'an.
Maan added that IOF Israeli soldiers shot Mahmoud Shadfan in the stomach and 25-year-old Rami al-Karanz, 25, in the foot in al-Fawwar camp, according to Qabaja.However, the Palestinian agency did not mention that a thrid man was martyred
The occupation military said that soldiers entered the Al-Fawwar refugee camp, close to the Jewish settlement of Beit Haggai, after Palestinians hurled rocks and at passing Israeli vehicles.
The area is frequently the scene of clashes between Palestinians on one side and Israeli soldiers and Zionist settlers on the other.
"A violent riot erupted when they entered Al-Fawwar and Palestinians hurled rocks at them," an army spokeswoman told AFP.
"When they considered their lives to be in imminent danger they fired toward the rioters, identifying hits," she said, without saying how many.
"Those that were in need of medical attention were evacuated to a (Palestinian) hospital where one of the suspects died."
She added that the military was conducting an inquiry into the incident.
