The National News Agency had reported that Hussein Jaafar - 30 years old, from Al-Bustan town in Hermel – was kidnapped by militants in Arsal while he was collecting scrap metal.

Al-Jaafar tribe in Baalbek demanded the release of Hussein Kamel Jaafar who was kidnapped Sunday night in the valley town of Arsal, and threatened to cut the road of Al-Labwa Ersal, which is the only passageway between Arsal and the International road.

The National News Agency had reported that Hussein Jaafar - 30 years old, from Al-Bustan town in Hermel – was kidnapped by militants in Arsal while he was collecting scrap metal.

Five other people from Rayed family were also kidnapped.

These accidents urged the army to boost its presence in the region, while residents said that exchange of fire took place.
