New Syrian Immigrants and Wounded Enter Lebanon

Syrian immigrants and wounded are still flowing in masses to Lebanon through Shebaa and several other villages like Jabal Al-Sheikh

Syrian immigrantsSyrian immigrants and wounded are still flowing in masses to Lebanon through Shebaa and several other villages like Jabal (mountain) Al-Sheikh, the National News Agency reported, pointing out that “three wounded and over 16 Syrian citizens, mostly from the border town of Beit Jan, have entered Lebanon on Monday.”

NNA said that members of the Lebanese Red Cross gave them first aid, and then moved them to a hospital in Beqaa.

Shebaa municipality, in coordination with International associations, distributed mattresses and blankets, as well as food and cleaning products for about 53 families that have moved recently to Shebaa.

Further aid will reportedly be distributed after the list of new immigrant families is completed.
