A bomb attack on a military patrol in the eastern cit of Benghazi killed three soldiers on Tuesday.

“The explosive was hidden in a rubbish bin and blew up near the patrol killing one soldier and wounding 2 others, yet they later died,” a military spokesman said.

A number of militants also shot at the patrol from a car and then sped away.

Benghazi has been exposed to several security violations since 2011 revolution. The takfiri groups are mainly accused of such attacks that are causing the case of instability which Libya has been suffering from for almost two years,
